In January this year I bought the milling machine. I was a beginner and naturally I had to learn a lot. The first trials I made with a plywood plate. A good idea that helped me to save several millers. The first project was immediately the instrument panel of a plane. It was bigger than the processing area and therefore had to be encompassed, for safety reasons first in wood and then in the original. The result is impressive.

I have to say thanks to all the employees from BZT who helped me out with patience. Of course, smaller things would work, too – for example the chassis for a model helicopter made of a 0.4 mm aluminium sheet and chassis legs made of CFK. As you can see it also flies. These precision works are a big thing and with your milling machine it is simply fun. Big chunks will be the next challenge.
