SPRAYER - LOW PRESSURE

- for thin liquids

For spraying of thin oils and liquids (max. viscosity 350 mm2/s) with targened application.
Example: In the productions oils are sprayed. The more automaticalls it is handled, the more it can be forgotten.
Already from 2 bar overpressure the sprayer starts.
Think of tools, forms with plastic material, lubricants, brightness turning etc.
Operating pressure 2 - 6 bar. The higher the pressure, the finer the spraying fog.

Function

The liquid tube can be placed or connected at a pressure-free container. The sprayer should always be placed lightly below the max. liquid level in the container. With upcoming compressed air it is immediately sprayed (an installed return valve in the tube avoids a lowering of the liquid). The sprayer works steadily or synchronised with the blowing automat - but always in well-regulated quantities. In the centre of the air stream the liquid is economically and tidely led to. Via the air and liquid inductor (see photo) the air and liquid quantity can be adjusted finely.
The sprayer can be adjusted from 10° to 30° spraying angle stepless. Ex works it is adjusted on 30°.

The movable one:

Less effort - more power. The sprayer can be turned and reverted by its bendable stainless steel metal tube on desire and thanks to the magnet fixation it can be fixed at each place. It adapts to the demands of your machine.
