WinPC-NC Light from Lewetz for only 149,00 € Our well-known and often prooved CNC-Controlling Program WinPC-NC from version 2 is available in three differnet variants:
Light: Cheap starter program with direct LPT-Controlling of the machine and very suitable for typical 2,5D-Applications as for example engraving, milling of modelbuilding parts, plate drilling etc.
The program WinPC-NC light is a software, which transforms each standard-peronal computer in a universal NC-Control and drives 3- or 4-Axis. Different variants with graded funtions and prices offer for the starter as well as for the modelbuilder, for the semi-professional use as well as for demanding industrial lines the right solution. The variant WinPC-NC Light controls connected machines or drives directly via existing LPT-Printer Interfaces, wherby Stroke/Direction Signals are used or SMC-Signals for common SMC800 or SMC1500-Step Motor Cards.
Simple starting-up
WinPC-NC is at delivery already pre-configured and can be taken into operation without any problems. A simply understandable step to step introductrion you can find in the enclosed operating manual or PDP manual on the CD. Besides the standard motor signals the application of different addtional signals as further accesses or exits is possible. The determining and adjustment of the signal comfortably takes place with the integrated signal assistant. The identification of best axis parameters is a child's play by the tuning functions. Thanks to a lot of test functions and the detailed description also the changeover of existing machines or of other controlling programs easily can take place. Upgrades of our old programs PC-NC and PC-NC SMC naturally we offer you to better conditions.
Import filter for more NC-Formats
WinPC-NC Light owns import filters for the widely-spread HPGL-Plotter Language (PLT) and common drilling formats and therefore it is ideal for engraving, plate drilling and milling of 2D or 2,5D model building parts. New programs can be produced by your own with an m integrated editor or they can be constructed by one below Windows running drawing program (z.B. CorelDraw).
Simple machine operation
WinPC-NC offers with its different functions full and safe control of the connected machine. The manual driving takes place step-precisely via key board, mouse buttons or joy stick. Via diverse test functions optimisings at the parameters can be carried out or defined axis accesses can be tested.
Real multi tasking
WinPC-NC is a real Multi Tasking-Program and never blocks the operation of Windows or other programs. After starting of one driving order at the machine without any problems you can changeover to other applications, for example to a CAD-Program for constructing the next part. But the quality of the real time control of drives and machines can be reduced by system environment influences, by the PC-Hardware or by other installed and in the background running programs. Furthermore the employed PC should have at least 1 GHz system stroke and as am operating system WindowsXP or 2000 should be used.
Intelligent path control
WinPC-NC offers a real path control, which via powerful Look-ahead-Functions in all situations identifies and adjusts the optimal speed. The machine runs during a running order constantly and with the best possible speed, does not need any "thinking breaks" and always adjusts its running behaviour optmially to the following conture course. The path control also functions reliable if the adjusted axis decompositions are different for all axis or the motors have different running charcteristis.
