Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been produced with biggest accuracy. But for the rightness, the comleteness and actuality of contents we do not take any guarantee. As a service provider according to § 6 Section 1 MDStV and § 8 Section 1 TDG we are responsible for own contents on these pages according to general law. But service providers are not obliged to control foreign information transfered or stored by them or to research circumstances which indicate to an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or stop the use of information according to general law are not touched by this. A liability referring to this is only possible at the time of noticing a conccrete wrongdoing.
